Mud has a protective effect on the elephant skin. Though elephants like to play in thddy places this time the mud pit became a trap for them.
Two baby elephants were playing in a muddy pit in Kenya when they got stuck there. Soon their mother came to rescue them but she got stuck too.
The elephant family was fortunate that the rescue group arrived on time and avsavesheir lives. With the help of wires and tractors, the rescuers saved them.
The rescue lasted 2 hours but the mission was completed. The mother was so exhausted that she couldn’t stand for 25 minutes.
